Even Financial (now Engine) transformed how people search, compare, and get recommended for financial products. Along with managing seven remote designers, I had the privilege of transforming Even’s Design culture to a system and team rooted in leadership, productive process, and measurably better both quantitatively and qualitatively. I spearheaded a radical new vision centering the platform around AI, which increased customer comprehension and performance.
