LAMINA1 is a platform and protocol for the next era of digital content and co-creation founded by legendary author/futurist Neal Stephenson, crypto pioneer Peter Vessenes, and immersive entertainment executive Rebecca Barkin. I partnered with the team to lead a ground-up product redesign for the blockchain-based creator economy platform focused on original IP and direct fan engagement. I defined design principles and product strategy across content, community, and commerce, including token strategy and wallet-based user experiences. This included shaping the UX and information architecture, guided the team through implementation of a scalable design system, and grounding decisions in user research to translate creator and fan needs into a unified product architecture supporting IP ownership, fan participation, and on-platform commerce.
