Incention is the platform for modern fandom. I partnered with leadership as Product & Design Advisor to lead a ground-up platform redesign for a cutting-edge AI original IP platform built for creators. I defined design principles and product strategy, shaped the UX and information architecture, and guided the team through the implementation of a scalable design system. Decisions were anchored in user research to translate creator needs into product architecture that supported AI-assisted storytelling, IP development, and long-term platform growth.
